When you are thirsty it is already ‘too late’. Not to sound overly dramatic, but to put it in a different way, when you are thirsty, your body is telling you that you are dehydrated and need to consume water as soon as possible.

Coffee has the adverse effect of being a diuretic, meaning it forces water through you more quickly and it leeches out certain nutrients from the body. So for every coffee you drink, also consume one glass (1 cup) of water. The same applies to alcohol: for every alcoholic beverage (a 6 oz. glass of wine, regular bottle of beer or 1 oz. of alcohol) you will treat your body well by drinking a full glass of water.

Drink the cleanest and most pure form you can get. If you are buying bottled spring water, check the label to verify that it contains no more than 100 ppm (parts per million) of minerals, etc. From what I have researched, tap water is one of the ‘safest’ and cleanest forms of water. You may choose to filter your tap water with an inexpensive carbon-filter type system (which mostly improves taste) or at a higher investment with a reverse osmosis purification system.

Cell hydration, through drinking adequate quantities of water, is also important for muscle growth and strength. If you are working out or training for a sport your body may need much more water than someone who is more sedentary.

Drinking lots of water will also assist as an effective appetite suppressant if you are eating to reduce body fat. When on a low calorie eating plan, water can satisfy hunger. To help in this process, sip your water to suppress the pain of hunger, rather than drinking it all at once.

Being dehydrated can also promote an increase of body fat. Water contributes to energy storage along with glycogen and can enhance the burning of fat as energy. Without water, extra amounts of glucose (sugar) remain in the bloodstream until reaching the liver where the extra glucose is stored as fat. If you are dehydrated, your body will take water from various cells in your body, including fat cells, and from the liver and kidneys. Without sufficient water, the cells and organs can’t function properly and the body will ultimately burn less body fat as a fuel source.

If you have hypertension, high cholesterol or heart disease, you will definitely want to be conscious of your water consumption. If you are not drinking enough water, the body may pull water from your blood, resulting in the closing of some smaller blood vessels, making your blood thicker, more susceptible to clotting, and harder to pump through your body.

Demand for drawdown products continue to rise – accounting for over three quarters of all new products taken out

Over-55s withdrew a total of 824 million of property wealth from their homes via equity release plans during Q3 2017, according to the latest quarterly figures from the Equity Release Council (The Council)1, as the market saw a continuing rise in new customer numbers and lending activity between July and September.

Total lending surpassed the 701m recorded in Q2 this year to become the highest figure seen in any single quarter since The Council began tracking quarterly activity in 2002. This represents a 44% year-on-year increase from Q3 2016 when lending stood at 572 million.

Members of The Council recorded a total of 17,982 customers between July and September, up by 12% from Q2. Of these, 9,905 of were new customers, representing a 17% quarterly increase from Q2 and a 34% annual rise compared with Q3 2016.

The remainder were made up of 6,849 returning drawdown customers releasing housing wealth in instalments (up from 6,566 in Q2) and 1,138 further advance customers agreeing extensions to existing plans (up from 1,002 in Q2).

The growing range of products on the market and increasing consumer appetite to use housing wealth as a source of retirement finance mean that Q3 lending activity has now risen by 82% in the last two years, up from 453 million in Q3 2015. New customer numbers have risen 64% over the same period from 6,049 in Q3 2015.

Continued rise in drawdown customers

A further shift towards offering more breadth across drawdown lifetime mortgages to reflect consumer demand has meant the proportion of new customers choosing this option over lump sum lifetime mortgages or home reversion plans in Q3 2017 rose by nine percentage points to 77% from the previous quarter (68%) and 15 percentage points year-on-year (from 62%).

Drawdown products typically see customers releasing smaller amounts of equity to begin with (64,793 in Q3 2017 vs. 100,389 via lump sum plans), therefore reducing the build-up of interest over the duration of the plan. It also provides customers with the flexibility to unlock further sums via future instalments as and when they need to.

“The sustained growth in housing wealth withdrawals is indicative of a wider shift in the way consumers are approaching their retirement planning, by taking a broader range of financial options into consideration. “

How Many Players are on Each Team?

There are six members of a volleyball team on the court at any given time during a match. A roster allows for 14 players on the team overall. These players may sub in and out of a game whenever necessary. In beach volleyball, there are only two players on a team and only two players on the court at all times.

Due to the fact that there are an extremely high amount of violations, they cannot all be covered here. A few important ones include: a team is only only three touches on the ball before it must be sent over the net, a setter may not make a double contact with the ball while setting, a player may not put a foot under the net, or any other body part, and interfere with someone on the other side, and blockers my not hit the top of the ne while blocking.

If you are all out of treats then the training process will just be as good as not having your dog there. So before you decide to set out and go train your dog make sure all of your resources are adequate.

There are many ways that you can get your dog to come and here are a few good ones that I believe are the most effective and fun at the same time.

1. Get a group of friends or anyone that can spend about 30 minutes with you. Around 2-3 people would be plenty for this dog training exercise. Your going to need a lot of treats for this one, just a heads up. Get your friends to call your dog to come to them and when he does give him a treat. This way you see your dog improve his training skills a lot faster than normal. Also your gonna have a lot of fun with your friends or family all around you.

2. This way is something that is random and something I do not really to train my dog but to make sure my commands are still working. I would be reading the newspaper and then randomly I would shout “Chocs!”, a few seconds later you can hear my dog running towards me. Of course now it is so well known that he does not need a treat anymore but this is vital. To keep your commands sharp is something you should try to dog every once in a while and something that will help you out later.
